| Power system is an important pillar of national economic development.The stable operation of power system is not only related to the progress of social economy,but also affects the lives of the people.Substation is a key component of the power system.In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of social economy for power resources,substation transformation projects are increasing.Binxi 66 KV substation is located in the west of Binxi Town.The load rate of the original main transformer has reached 94% during the peak period of power consumption,which cannot meet the existing power load and long-term power supply demand.Therefore,the renovation project of Binxi 66 KV substation has been put on the agenda.After the renovation,the capacity of 1 # and 2 # main transformers in Binxi 66 KV substation will be increased from 10 MVA to 31.5MVA.As the construction process of Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project is highly professional,the time span is long,and the factors affecting the project progress are complex,it is necessary to manage the project progress to ensure the smooth completion of the project.Based on the actual situation of the 66 KV substation reconstruction project in Binxi,this paper analyzes and studies the schedule management of the substation reconstruction project.First of all,this paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant research results of schedule management.After that,this paper decomposes the work of the Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project,clarifies the logical relationship between various works,estimates the project working time,prepares the project schedule based on network planning technology,and optimizes the project plan by reducing the duration of key work.At the same time,this paper puts forward the method and process of progress control of Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project,which is divided into supervision and monitoring,progress deviation analysis,and updating progress.Supervision and monitoring mainly refers to regular inspection and supervision of project construction,and timely and comprehensive collection of project construction information;The deviation analysis is mainly based on the earned value method.The analysis results of the progress deviation of the Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project show that the implementation of the project schedule is good,and the control goal of the project schedule has been achieved.Finally,the guarantee measures for progress management of Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project are proposed.Through the above work,the construction period of Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project has been reduced from 217 days to 207 days,and the project schedule control goal has been successfully achieved,and the project has been completed on schedule.In this paper,the progress management of Binxi 66 KV substation reconstruction project is analyzed by using scientific analysis method,which refers to the preparation of network plan,determination of key work,optimization of construction period,deviation analysis based on earned value method and other progress management tools.It has certain practical guiding significance and can provide reference for the progress management of similar substation reconstruction projects. |
