Study On The Evaluation System And Construction Of Intelligent Guangzhou Port

In this paper,through the reference of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods,the author sorted out the ways of the development of the typical ports at home and abroad,and combed the current situation of theoretical research on the intelligent ports at home and abroad.The key technologies affecting the development of intelligent ports are combed out.The main key technologies are intelligent automation technology,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,block chain and so on,and the application of these new technologies in the port is also studied.This paper puts forward the definition and connotation of the intelligent port,and draws out the technical framework of the intelligent port.On the basis of this definition and framework,the evaluation model combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the degree of port intelligence in Guangzhou Port.In practice,through the previous analysis and research work,the author set up the intelligent port evaluation index system with three-level hierarchical structurethe and first class index of infrastructure equipment,operation and management,logistics service,innovation service,information service and port sustainable development.The lowest evaluation index is taken as the alternative scheme in the AHP method and Delphi method is used to determine the AHP weight.Finally,the objectives and principles of Guangzhou Port's construction of smart ports are put forward.Combined with the status quo of Guangzhou Port's business development,intelligent status evaluation and the technical framework of smart ports,the overall framework of Guangzhou Port's construction of smart ports is proposed.The logistics terminal IoT integrated application platform,port logistics "one-unit" paperless online business hall and "Internet+port" big data application and service platform and other six intelligent key construction content.
