Parking brake stabilization work is an important guarantee of vehicle safety.In the process of production and manufacture of vehicles,it is necessary to adjust the preload of parking brake,in which the speed of installation affects the production rhythm of the whole vehicle,and the precision of adjustment affects the effect of use.The installation and adjustment of parking brake needs to take the torque value as the inspection standard.How to use the automation equipment to assemble the complex mechanical structure accurately and quickly,and at the same time to realize the monitoring and feedback of the torque,has become a problem as well as a necessary way to improve product quality and to speed up production rhythm.Therefore,this paper will study the software development of parking brake automatic installation and adjustment system.First of all,two servomotors are used in the actuation part of the auto-mounting system of parking brake.The control method of multi-axis servomotor is studied,and the relationship among torque,current and voltage in the servomotor is analyzed in this paper.Based on the mathematical model of servomotor based on three variables,it is deduced that the precise control of torque and position of servomotor can be realized by controlling a single variable in software programming.On the basis of mathematical model,the relationship between torque sensor and servo motor is obtained,which can supply action node monitoring for servomotor work,and the whole design of hardware and software platforms in the automatic adjustment system of parking brake is built.Secondly,the software system needs to realize the precise control of each hardware part,and then study the realization of the EatherCAT communication mode of each hardware in the control system.The data frame,message addressing method and application layer structure in EatherCAT are developed and designed in this paper.The upper computer software is programmed in the LabVIEW environment,and the program is developed for each function module in the automatic adjustment process of parking brake.The control of the two-axis servo system and the control of the torque sensor are emphatically discussed in the study,which realize the data monitoring of torque sensor as the control method of servo system action node.Finally,combined with the actual process of automatic adjustment of parking brake,the function modules in the developed system are tested to verify the stability of each functional module,and on the basis of this,the whole system software is designed and implemented.The experimental results prove that the software of each part and the whole system can achieve the expected development purpose.The software of parking brake automatic adjustment system studied in this paper can be used in the automobile production line to improve the precision of preload and to reduce the manual burden,which lays a foundation for the further study of the parking brake automatic adjustment system.
