The Informatization Construction Of Highway Administration In S Province

Highway administration is a team in the traffic administrative law enforcement system,which is responsible for protecting the integrity of highway property and ensuring the road-related rights and interests enjoyed by various legal persons,organizations and citizens.investigate and deal with any acts that violate the laws,regulations and rules of road administration in accordance with the law,and have the power to supervise the road-related construction of expressways and the building control areas on both sides of the highway.This paper mainly aims at improving the efficiency of the daily operation of highway administration in S province and strengthening its public service level,starting with strengthening the information construction of highway administration departments,standardizing the work flow with information construction,accelerating the quality of internal information transmission,expanding public service means with information construction,and providing more fast and reliable travel services for the society.The research content mainly includes four parts.The first part is the research basis of expressway administration informatization.This chapter defines the basic concept of expressway administration informatization construction,discusses the research significance of the subject,and states the main theoretical basis of expressway administration informatization research.The second part is the current situation of highway administration informatization construction in S province.This chapter mainly describes the informatization construction track and main achievements of S provincial highway administration department in the past 10 years.The third part is the problems and reasons of the highway administration information construction in S province.This chapter mainly condenses the working problems and difficulties encountered in the information construction into four main problems,and then analyzes the causes of these four problems.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of highway administration information construction in Sprovince.According to the analysis of all kinds of problems and their causes mentioned above,this chapter puts forward good measures and methods in line with the actual situation of S province highway.It is proposed to use the construction of highway PC-end and mobile-end e-government system,and make full use of big data means for data analysis as countermeasures.The ultimate goal of this paper is to take the information construction as the leader,drive the highway administration system of S province to deepen the reform of system and mechanism,further change its functions,improve the ability of emergency rescue,and enhance the consciousness and level of social service.to create a traffic law enforcement team with high efficiency,low cost and strong combat effectiveness.
