With the increased market competition,performance management is a very important measure of the company to stand out in competing for better human resources.A complete performance management system could stimulate creativity of workers,increase self-value,facilitate the company to better achieve its development goals and realize strategic goals.In the long run,human resource management,to some extent,is very important in improving core competitiveness.T airport,as a state-owned entity,has made great contribution to infrastructure construction and public transportation.This paper investigates T airport to build on its characteristics,performance management situation,and combine the standardization and other performance management theories to create a standardized performance management system.T airport as subsidiary of Shanxi Aviation Industry Group,has several issues in improving its performance management system and competition abilities.For instance,how to build up a more scientific performance management system;how to have a effective performance management;how to give evaluations to workers fairly and objectively,improve work environment,and reasonably change positions etc.These problems needs to be solved in order to improve the current corporate performance management system.This paper based on practical perspective,uses performance management theory as framework,summarizes the problems in the current performance management system and each stage of T airport.Supported by performance management theory,using standardization thoughts and concepts,from the main requirement of performance management system building,tools selection of standardized performance management,and under standardization perspective of T airport performance management system,giving research and argument and providing assurance measures,suggesting a performance management system under standardization perspective.Based on the situation of the company,opt for KPI as means to buildstandardized indicator management system,and based on performance indicator theories,and from creation of standardization,to performance indicator,performance indicator criteria,performance communication,performance indicator methods and performance review etc.,which are critical parts of performance management systems,I come up with T airport performance management system design idea and objective designation standardization,flow setting standardization,examination system standardization,as well as from strengthen organizational structure,strengthen corporate culture creation,strengthen system training and effective communication which are three safeguards to build performance management system,as well as foundation of performance management system.
