Since the reform and opening up,China's civil aviation industry has developed rapidly,and the independent R & D capacity of domestic large aircraft needs to be improved to realize the whole aircraft localization as soon as possible.The safety and reliability of avionics system is an important indicator for the development of aircraft integration,informatization,modularization and intelligence.Therefore,it is particularly important to independently develop aircraft avionics system.At present,in the traditional text-based design mode,the design,manufacturing,testing and production of avionics system transfer data in the form of documents.Each subsystem is relatively isolated,lack of architecture design for the system layer,and the consistency between documents is not guaranteed,which seriously restricts the reliability and development efficiency of the development of avionics system.Therefore,China It is urgent to improve the design and development mode of avionics system.Model-Based System Engineering(MBSE)is mainly applied to the field of system engineering.In this thesis,the application technology of MBSE in the design of civil aircraft avionics system is studied.Taking the Data Loading System(DLS)of civil aircraft avionics system as the object,it studies the modeling mechanism,model validation and test verification technology of complex large-scale system based on MBSE.The main ideas of this thesis are as follows: Firstly,the mainstream MBSE modeling methods are analyzed deeply,and then the modeling mechanism based on MBSE is given according to the characteristics of civil aircraft avionics system;then,the requirement model,toplevel model and component model of the DLS system are established on the IBM Rational Rhapsody;finally,the semantic syntax test,requirement coverage test and dynamic model execution validation are carried out to verify the rationality of the modeling mechanism.This thesis carried out the flowing research under the background of the project "Model Design and Research of XX Aircraft Airborne Maintenance System" :(1)The integrated modeling mechanism of avionics system based on MBSE is studied.Analyze and compare the existing mainstream MBSE modeling methods,determine the modeling language,modeling process and environment construction scheme of avionics system modeling design,use the graphical and standardized modeling language to design the top structure of the system,and then carry out the model-based design and development of subsystems and sub modules to complete the task division and task details of component modules.(2)The application of SysML / UML collaborative modeling technology based on Rhapsody is studied.Taking the DLS system as the object,this thesis studies the visual modeling technology which conforms to SysML / UML standard,and studies the cooperation between SysML engineering and UML engineering under the same system.Among them,SysML engineering is used for system top-level modeling,which describes the overall requirements,functions and architecture of the system;UML engineering is used for system component modeling,which is data oriented and design development centered modeling engineering.(3)The model-based requirements validation and dynamic verification technology is studied.The model verification process designed in this thesis is divided into three layers: Firstly,check whether the model syntax and semantics meet the requirements of the modeling language,prompt and locate the warnings and errors in the system model;secondly,test the requirement coverage to ensure that the model correctly captures the system requirements;thirdly,verify the executable model to ensure that the dynamic behavior and message interaction of the model conform to the logic.
