Research On The Conservation And Reuse Of Guild Hall Buildings In The Fayuan Temple Historic Conservation Area , Beijing

As the capital of Five Dynasties,Beijing has a rich historical and cultural heritage with 3000 years of urban construction history and 800 years of capital construction history,and the guild hall building is a unique type of architectural heritage.The guild hall building in Beijing came into being in Ming and Qing Dynasties.They gathered in the south city because of the policy of the separation of Manchu and Han in Qing Dynasty,and showed a state of regional agglomeration with the service object as the feature.The area outside Chongwenmen and Qianmen became the gathering area of the industrial and commercial guild hall because of the establishment of tax,and the Xuannan area outside Xuanwumen became the gathering area of the literati guild hall because of the prosperity of the imperial examination system.Moreover,In Xuannan area,the splendid Xuannan culture was born with the guild hall building as the cradle.The rich historical and cultural connotation of the guild hall building made it an important position in the history of Beijing.However,in the historical tide of the old city reconstruction,a large number of guild hall buildings have disappeared,and the quality and style of the remaining guild hall buildings are also deteriorating.Fayuan Temple historic conservation area as the source of Beijing,the guild hall buildings here are facing the same situation.Nowadays,how to protect and reuse these guild hall buildings has become an important problem to be solved.This paper takes the guild hall buildings of Fayuan Temple historic conservation area as the research object,from the perspective of the conservation and reuse of architectural heritage,deeply studies the historical changes and architectural characteristics of the guild hall buildings,summarizes its cultural heritage value,and based on the current situation,puts forward corresponding strategies and measures for the conservation and reuse of the guild hall buildings of Fayuan Temple historic conservation area.In order to provide reference for the conservation and inheritance of architectural heritage in Xuannan area.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.The author expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the subject,and explains the relevant concepts and research methods.The second chapter is literature review.The author studies the research status of the theory of architectural heritage conservation,the practical process of the reuse of architectural heritage,the research status of guild hall building and its conservation and reuse.Summarize their development trends,so as to find out the research gaps,and extract the theoretical basis and practical experience that are helpful for this paper.The third chapter is the research on the history of Fayuan Temple historic conservation area and its guild hall buildings.The author makes a deep exploration of the historical relationship between Fayuan Temple historic conservation area and Beijing City,the historical changes of guild hall buildings and the cultural history related to guild hall buildings,so as to summarize the historical and cultural connotation of guild hall buildings.The fourth chapter is the research on the characteristics and value of the guild hall buildings in Fayuan Temple historic conservation area.The author studies and analyzes the street environment,courtyard space,building plane,building facade,building section,key building,building name and detail decoration of the guild hall buildings,and evaluates the value of the guild hall buildings combining with the historical research in chapter three.The fifth chapter is the research on the conservation of the guild hall buildings in Fayuan Temple historic conservation area.The author first investigates and analyzes the current situation of the guild hall buildings conservation,summarizes the problems faced by the conservation,and then puts forward the conservation strategy based on the overall conservation idea,and finally puts forward the corresponding specific conservation measures based on the classified conservation.The sixth chapter is the research on the reuse of the hall buildings in Fayuan Temple historic conservation area.Firstly,the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of the use of guild hall buildings,summarizes the problems faced by the use;secondly,according to the problems and the upper planning requirements,the author puts forward the reuse strategy with the idea of adaptive reuse;finally,the overall reuse planning and design are carried out according to the strategic thinking.t the end of the paper,the author summarizes the research on the conservation and reuse of the guild hall buildings in Fayuan Temple historic conservation area,and reflects on the shortcomings in the research,and finally puts forward the follow-up prospects.
