Research On The Development Strategy Of Suburban Fusion Village Space Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The existence of the long-term dual system of urban and rural areas in our country has caused the rapid development of cities and the slow development of rural areas.In recent years,the government attaches great importance to rural development.The report of the "19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" clearly stated for the first time "implementing the strategy of rural revitalization." In 2018,the Central Committee issued the No.1 document "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization",and rural revitalization has become the focus of the new era of academics and industry.The research object of the thesis is the fusion of suburban villages.Suburban integrated villages are generally located in the transitional zone between urban and rural areas,so they have the characteristics of urban-rural duality.Its urban characteristics are mainly reflected in the village’s good industrial foundation,high income level of villagers,and relatively complete infrastructure and public service facilities.The rural characteristics are mainly reflected in the good ecological environment of the village and the characteristics of local culture.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,integrated suburban villages should be integrated with towns and cities,and unified planning and construction.The research purpose of the thesis is to explore the strategies suitable for the development of urban and suburban integrated villages from the perspective of preservation and development,so as to realize the coordinated development of cities and villages.The research significance of the thesis is to analyze the influencing factors of the development of urban and suburban integrated villages,and propose suitable spatial development strategies,in order to provide reference and reference for the planning and construction of similar villages.The research content of this paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction of the article,which is the part of raising questions.This paper discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,and defines the related concepts of Rural Revitalization Strategy,"city" and "suburb",as well as suburban integrated villages,and introduces the research methods,research content and research framework of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis and case reference.This paper analyzes the theory of the relationship between urban and rural areas and the development strategy of villages,summarizes the relevant practice cases at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the follow-up study of the spatial development characteristics and development strategy of suburban integrated villages.The third part,identify and classify the suburban integrated villages,summarize the characteristics of the villages,and analyze the influencing factors of the spatial development of the suburban integrated villages from the external and internal factors.The fourth part discusses the spatial development strategy of suburban integrated villages under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.From the aspects of industrial revitalization,cultural rejuvenation,ecological livability and construction management,the corresponding development strategies are discussed.The fifth part,the actual case analysis of the paper,the development strategy of the paper is applied to the actual case of Qiuxian village.In view of the influencing factors of the development of Qiuxian village,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further optimize the spatial development of suburban integrated villages.
