With the transformation of economic structure,the country pays more and more attention to the development of manufacturing industry,which accounts for more and more proportion in the national economy.In manufacturing enterprises,the basic level employees play an increasingly important role in the development of manufacturing enterprises.The normal production and operation of manufacturing enterprises cannot be separated from the basic level employees.The stability of grass-roots employees directly determines the benefits of manufacturing enterprises,especially with the arrival of labor shortage in manufacturing enterprises,they have become the valuable wealth of manufacturing enterprises.How to reduce the turnover rate of grass-roots employees,improve their satisfaction,mobilize the enthusiasm of grass-roots employees,so as to promote the sustainable development of manufacturing industry is particularly important.Based on the theory of employee satisfaction at home and abroad,this paper studies the employee satisfaction at the grass-roots level of Jiangxi Isuzu under the guidance of two factor theory.First of all,with the help of previous scholars' research,this paper sorts out the research status quo of employee satisfaction and dual factor theory,and constructs the theoretical basis of the full text;secondly,based on the previous theoretical research,this paper makes a field survey of Jiangxi Isuzu,sorts out the factors that affect employee satisfaction,analyzes the current satisfaction status of grassroots employees in enterprises,and makes empirical analysis based on the perspective of dual factor theory Finally,according to the above analysis results,from the two dimensions of health care and incentive factors,this paper puts forward: to improve the salary distribution scheme,implement work rotation,create a work environment that respects the needs of grass-roots employees,build a perfect staff career development security system,strengthen supervision and management to improve the satisfaction of grass-roots employees.This paper hopes to improve the satisfaction degree of grassroots employees to Jiangxi Isuzu,increase the loyalty of grassroots employees to Jiangxi Isuzu,and provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
