| In recent years,electric industry has maintained steady growth and good momentum of development,in China.A large number of group enterprises are needed to promote industrial upgrading and have international competitiveness.Guosheng Electric Co.,Ltd.is a high-speed developing manufacturing enterprise,which was established in 2016 and officially listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December2020.It produces special electrical and electronic products for Supporting Rail Transit Vehicles.The enterprise has more than 30 items of products,R & D capacity,equipment level,production scale in the domestic industry in the forefront.The enterprise plans to expand rapidly to improve the concentration of the industry.With the rapid expansion of the enterprise,the number of production line employees has been increasing,the Human Resources Training and the Manufacturing Department of the enterprise are facing these two important training topics: first,the need to quickly train qualified,technical level of the new staff to be competent for production posts;Second,with the introduction of new products,new technology,the grass-roots staff must master the rapid development requirements of new skills.The HR must improve the training plan on the basis of the original training project for the purpose of training the technical skills of the grass-roots staff and improving their satisfaction and meet the need of their personal development,which is Guosheng Electric Co.,Ltd.Human Resources training imminent strategic task.This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of the grass-roots staff in manufacturing department and the reasons for the existing problems.The training courses is not complete,it is difficult to locate the individual differences,the training tutor selection mechanism is not reasonable,and there is a lack of perfect training effect evaluation program.Improving the training project mainly starts with the analysis of training needs,the setting of courses,the selection of training instructors,and the evaluation of training effects.Based on the relevant training theories such as adult learning theory,competency theory,Kohn’s four-level evaluation method,and combined with the literature materials,the enterprise’s existing resources and external resources should be rationally used from four aspects of training target and content,training course design,team of training instructors construction and training fund management.The training project of the grass-roots staff of the manufacturing department of Guosheng Electric Co.,Ltd.should be improved and redesigned in order to meet the enterprise’s long-term development needs.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of training project,this paper puts forward the preparation before training,training process management and training adjustment measures.According to the concrete content and Kohn’s four-level evaluation model,this paper evaluates the training project from four aspects: reflection level,learning level,behavior level and result level to Verify whether the training project can achieve the desired results.In the last chapter of this paper,from three aspects of Enterprise Culture Guarantee,organization guarantee and system guarantee,it is analyzed that to improve the training quality of production and Manufacturing Department of Guosheng Electric Co.,Ltd.,not only need to improve the original training project design,it is more necessary to support the safeguards to ensure the successful completion of training tasks.In the background when science and technology are leading the rapid development of production,building a learning organization is no longer the exclusive proposition of scientific research units.The manufacturing departments also should constantly guide their employees to display their enthusiasm for learning and highlight the key points in training,break through the difficulties,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of training,improve the overall effectiveness of human resources management,and enable the staff’s personal quality and skill level to be greatly enhanced to adapt for the new changes in the environment.the ultimate goal of training is to transfer skills and knowledge to employees in the form of training,so as to promote the overall competitiveness of enterprises and better serve the core values and vision of the enterprise,to accomplish the long trem object of the enterprise. |
