| China is a big manufacturing country,and manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy.With the continuous growth of domestic manufacturing enterprises,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In the final analysis,the competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents.In today’s era of knowledge explosion,enterprises need to introduce new technologies and new ideas for continuous innovation in order to cope with changes and maintain competitiveness,and also need to continuously improve and develop human resources of enterprises.Therefore,improving the skill level and overall quality of grass-roots staff is the focus of the future development of manufacturing enterprises.El company is a famous machinery and equipment manufacturer in Anhui Province.It is a state-owned enterprise with a history of more than 60 years.Enterprises have the characteristics of large number of personnel,high degree of specialization and low overall quality of employees.The management concept of enterprises tends to be obsolete and aging,and there is no formed staff training program.According to the characteristics of the composition structure of enterprise employees,if we want to find a breakthrough in the fierce market competition environment and "turn the crisis into opportunity",we must pay attention to the training of employees,especially the grass-roots staff,and take the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the grass-roots staff as an important work.This paper takes El company as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,interview and investigation.From the full text,it takes the learning organization theory as the theoretical basis,and takes "6p-1b" as the theoretical basis Model theory as the theoretical guidance of the new training program;face-to-face interviews with the company’s senior managers,department heads,grass-roots enterprise employees,found the company’s current training problems;conducted a questionnaire survey on the majority of El company’s grass-roots employees to understand and analyze the training needs of grass-roots employees;the "6p-1b" in the learning organization theory The model theory is integrated into the process of the construction of the new training program;the new program is effectively implemented and the training effect is evaluated;and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme are formulated.Excellent performance of grassroots staff training is one of the important cornerstones for enterprises to achieve strategic goals.In this paper,the El company to re create a pragmatic,efficient training program,improve the management methods of the enterprise.It provides a new way and method for training and improving the comprehensive quality of employees in the upgrading of manufacturing industry.It provides a new idea for the development of training work in various units,which is conducive to enriching the research results of enterprise training. |
