Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Province Based On Input-output Technology Development Of Quality Evaluation Research

At present,China's economy has shifted from a stage of high speed growth to a stage of high quality development,and in the crucial period of transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the growth drivers.The equipment manufacturing industry is the backbone of the national economy,the carrier of high technology and the bridge and channel of transforming into productivity.In 2019,China's equipment manufacturing industry will account for 32.5% of the added value of industries above designated size.In the policy environment of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the proportion of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei in the whole country was only 16.87% in 2018.In this context,Hebei province should transform from a big industrial province to a strong industrial province.Equipment manufacturing industry is an important means to improve the quality of industrial economic development in Hebei province.Therefore,the development of equipment manufacturing industry is an opportunity and an inevitable choice.This study takes Hebei province as an example.On the basis of referring to relevant literature.First,the Input-Output table or extension table of 42 departments in 2010,2012 and2015 compiled by Hebei province is used for scientific classification in combination with research purposes,and then the current input-output model of 8 departments in 2010,2012 and 2015 reflecting Hebei equipment manufacturing industry is constructed.Second,2010 is taken as the base period and the comparable price conversion index method is used to calculate the price indexes of 2012 and 2015.The Input-Output model of 8 departments in2010,2012 and 2015 comparable price series was formed.Third is the study of forces established covering industry,enriching people driving force,science and technology support three aspects,including the intermediate demand,spread effect and economic benefit coefficient of competitiveness,industrial expansion and scale,the per capital labor remuneration,location entropy and total factor productivity of 10 indicators of quality of the equipment manufacturing industry development evaluation index system,and the empiricalcorrelation coefficient analysis and entropy value method.Fourth,the research found that the quality index of the economic growth of the equipment manufacturing industry in the region increased by 17.55% in 2015 compared with 2010.Among them,the support of science and technology and the driving force of enriching the people increased by 118.77% and 93.93%respectively,and the industrial force decreased by 10.31%.It shows that science and technology have promoted the overall improvement of the quality development level of the equipment manufacturing industry,and the development and enhancement of the driving force to enrich the people,but the structure of the equipment manufacturing industry is still not reasonable,and the industrial force is still weak.Fifth,in view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as taking advantage of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,further creating a good industrial docking and innovation environment,enhancing the force of Hebei's equipment manufacturing industry,and comprehensively improving the quality of economic growth.
