Research On Evaluation Of Quality Competitiveness Of Shanxi Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The concept of equipment manufacturing industry is put forward according to the actual needs in the process of economic development in China.The main function of this industry is to provide technical equipment for national economic production.In short,it is the machine manufacturing industry used to produce machines.The equipment manufacturing industry has the characteristics of strong relevance of relevant production departments,technology and capital intensive,and strong employment driving ability,which reflects the industrial and technological level of a country or region.Improving the quality competitiveness level of equipment manufacturing industry is the fundamental guarantee to enhance the core competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and is the inevitable requirement for the implementation of the quality power strategy.Shanxi Province,as a traditional industrial province,has a long history of manufacturing industry.Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic pillar industry of Shanxi Province.To promote the vigorous development of equipment manufacturing industry is an important issue for Shanxi in the critical period of resource-based economic transformation.Although Shanxi has a number of advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises,such as coal machinery equipment,coal chemical equipment,coalbed methane equipment,etc.,there are also a series of problems affecting the strong development of equipment manufacturing industry,such as the lack of in-depth quality concept,the lack of sound quality management system,and the lack of quality management personnel.The overall quality competitiveness is still far behind the coastal manufacturing industry.Therefore,combined with the current situation of Shanxi’s development,it is of great significance to comprehensively analyze various factors that affect the high-quality production of equipment manufacturing,clarify the development level of quality competitiveness ofShanxi’s equipment manufacturing industry in the whole country,explore new path of industrial development,and enhance the overall quality level of Shanxi’s equipment manufacturing,so as to help the economic transformation and development of resource-based provinces and build a province with strong quality.This paper first introduces the definition,classification and characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry,as well as the status quo of the quality management of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry,and expounds the basic theoretical sources and research status of the quality competitiveness theory.Then,using the existing evaluation system at home and abroad for reference,combined with the characteristics of quality as the core competitiveness,the evaluation index system of this paper is formed.On this basis,AHP is used to give the corresponding weight to each evaluation index.Then,factor analysis is used to make a horizontal comparative analysis of the quality competitiveness of the national equipment manufacturing industry,so as to determine the level of the quality competitiveness of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry at the provincial level.The results show that the quality competitiveness of Shanxi’s equipment manufacturing industry ranks low in the whole country,and the quality competitiveness is not strong enough,especially the industrial scale,and there is still a big gap with the manufacturing province.Finally,based on the development status and evaluation results of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward some targeted strategies to improve the quality of Shanxi equipment manufacturing.
