Research On High-quality Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province Empowered By Digital Economy

The equipment manufacturing industry is an industry that provides production technology and equipment for various economic sectors of the society.It is the core component of the industry and the basis for the development of the national economy.In order to reshape the advantages of the manufacturing industry,the United States,Britain and other developed countries have put forward the "Reindustrialization" strategy.In 2015,China put forward the"made in China 2025" strategic plan to seize a new round of development highland of manufacturing industry and build a manufacturing power.With the arrival of a new round of technological and industrial revolution,the rapid development of digital economy has brought great changes to the production mode,management mode and business model of traditional industries.The deep integration of digital economy and real economy has become a new driving force to promote industrial development.As China’s traditional old industrial base,Heilongjiang Province has formed a complete and solid equipment manufacturing industrial system after years of development,However,in recent years,the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed slowly.Facing the industrial transformation and development,it is in urgent need of digital empowerment,and the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province can develop with high quality with the empowerment of digital economy.It is clearly pointed out in China’s 14th five year plan and 2035 long-term plan that we should vigorously develop the digital economy and promote the development of digital industrialization and industrial digitization.Based on the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province empowered by the digital economy,this paper scientifically defines the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry empowered by the digital economy.Based on the optimization theory,combined with the characteristics of the digital economy,this paper analyzes the mechanism by which the digital economy enables the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.Build a digital economy development system from the three dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital industry and digital innovation,use the entropy method to measure the development level of the digital economy in Heilongjiang Province,and use the total factor productivity of the equipment manufacturing industry as an indicator to measure the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry,Taking the data of the digital economy development level and the total factor productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2006 to 2020 as samples,an econometric model is constructed,and through regression analysis,it is empirically tested that the digital economy has a significant positive effect on the total factor productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.,which can empower the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry empowered by the digital economy in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are weak digital infrastructure,weak industrial digital technology innovation capabilities,and industrial digital production in the high-quality development of the digital economy empowered equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Weak capabilities and poor digital coordination of the industrial chain.Suggestions and countermeasures for the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province are given:strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the quality and level of digital technology innovation,give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises,vigorously support"specialization,specialization and innovation",and improve the digitalization of the industrial chain.Strengthen the compliance and open sharing of data,promote the digital transformation of the government,and create a good business environment.
