In recent years,in order to reduce the enterprise cost and improve the level of local service,the international car factory take the strategic of the whole vehicle global division of labor and coordination and parts global procurement?The global automobile market competition is becoming internalized,and the domestic automobile market competition is also becoming globalized.The internalized development of the global automobile market has created opportunities for auto parts manufacturers,but also brought challenges to the tooling industry.In this era of economic globalization,the enterprise competition is becoming more and more fierce,the talented person's competition has intensified,the role of human resources is more and more big,the importance of salary management in human resource management is becoming more and more strong,scientific and reasonable compensation management system can not only help enterprises to retain and motivate the existing talent,but also attract many external talents,more to strengthen enterprise cohesion and had a profound impact on the development of the future.TD company is a with the Chinese automotive industry automotive components manufacturing enterprises of the same age,based on the TD company specialized technical management job personnel as the research object,this paper mainly adopts the method of literature study,questionnaire and quantitative analysis,professional and technical management job personnel of TD company compensation system present situation and problems were analyzed,and put forward compensation system optimization of overall goal,the principle of optimization,optimization,and safeguard measures.By optimizing the compensation system of the professional and technical management positions of TD company,this paper increases the satisfaction of the employees and improves the management level of the company,so as to achieve the development strategic goal of TD company,improve the competitiveness of the company in the whole tooling market,and have a demonstration effect on the enterprises engaged in auto parts manufacturing.The main research contents of this paper include: firstly,the connotation and procedure of compensation management and relevant theories related to compensation management are introduced.Secondly,it explains the basic situation,personnel structure,salary structure,salary grade,salary level and adjustment status of TD company.Based on the theoretical basis of salary management and the results of satisfaction survey,it analyzes the problems existing in the salary system of professional and technical management positions of TD company.According to the TD company development strategy,put forward the compensation system optimization of the overall goal and the principle of optimization,based on the post evaluation of TD company,optimize the TD company compensation system,the main contents include: pay structure optimization,adjust the proportion between different post personnel pay structure,increase the special awards and special allowance,enhance competitiveness,to attract high-tech talent;Optimize the salary grade,divide the posts based on the post value evaluation,readjust the salary grade,and increase the horizontal adjustment opportunities among employees;Pay adjustment and optimization,increase the relevant level assessment,to really be able to rise and fall;Benefits optimization,increase the flexibility of benefits,the development of the core and optional benefits plan,from various aspects to meet the needs of enterprise employees,improve the enthusiasm of employees,improve the loyalty of employees to the enterprise.
