| At present,the domestic automobile industry is facing a severe market situation.It can be seen from the existing data that after 2018,the domestic automobile production and sales volume contirue to decline in 2019,The market downturn has undoubtedly brought huge business pressure to enterprises.In addition,the supervision for the automobile industry is increasing,the environmental protection and emission standards are gradually improving,and the collision safety test is becoming more strict.These objective conditions also bring more management and nanufacturing costs to automobile manufacturing enterprises.Because of this external environment,the competition among automobile enterprises is more and more fierce.In the limted market space,it is an inevitable means for enterprises to create new models ceaselessly competing for market share.However,the rise of Internet vehicles,shared vehicles,intelligent driving vehicles and the development of new energy vehicles put higher requirements for the technology foresight and integration of new model products.Therefore,the new model development strategy is closely related to the future development of A Company.Based on the principles and methods of management,this paper analyzes the current situation of product development of A Company,focusing on the external environmental challenges and internal resource constraints faced by A Company,and finds out the defects of development strategy.In the analysis,the market environment analysis theory,Michael E Porter’s five forces model analysis theory,competitor analysis theory and internal and external condition analysis theory are used to analyze comprehensively the influence of policies and regulations,market demand,customer tendency,competitors and other factors on the development of A Company’s new model.Then,the SWOT matrix is used to systematically study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the current model development of A Company,so as to provide the basis for formulating the strategic direction of new model development in the future.Combined with the analysis of the situation,the new model development strategy of A Company with obvious improvement significance is proposed,and the development direction,development mode and relevant talent accumulation of A Company’s future products are elaborated in detail.Finally,combined with the above analysis results,the implementation guarantee of the new model development strategy of A Company is given. |
