In recent years,China's construction industry has entered a rapid development situation and has become an important industry supporting social and economic development.However,the backward management level of the construction industry and the lack of effective cooperation mechanisms have become the root causes of the loss of control project costs.In view of the above problems,"supply chain management" as an emerging engineering management theory is of great significance to the cost control of engineering projects.During the construction of the project,cost control runs through,and the control of material cost is an important link.For a long time,material procurement has the characteristics of complicated links,many risk factors and intertwined subjective factors and objective factors,which can easily lead to cost spillover of engineering projects.Based on game theory,this thesis studies the procurement cost game process of a secondary supply chain consisting of a single supplier and a single contractor.It improves and optimizes the problems existing in non-cooperative games and cooperative games,and then verifies them by numerical simulation and model examples.The research in this thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1)For the problem of the two sides of the supply chain in the traditional non-cooperative game,the problem of mutual benefit cannot be achieved,and the Stackelberg game model with price discount is introduced.The supply and demand sides determine the range of the price discount rate and the contractor's corresponding optimality through the game method.The multiple of the order quantity is designed to optimize the entire supply chain system.Through theoretical derivation and numerical simulation results,it is shown that for the entire supply chain system,the price discount model is adopted to effectively reduce the contractor's annual ordering cost,while the supplier increases the annual supply profit,and the secondary supply chain system achieves optimality.The purpose of winning.(2)Based on the supply interruption problem that often occurs in non-cooperative games,a robust model is established to analyze the impact of supply disruption on contractor costs.The data simulation results show that the supplier has the optimal decision within a certain range,but the contractor's optimal decision cannot be determined;the contractor's cost is positively related to the supplier's exit criteria.The higher the exit criteria,the greater the impact on the contractor's cost.The conclusion of this study provides a new perspective for the mechanism of supply disruption in the initial unstable supply chain and incomplete information.(3)Based on the supply interruption problem of non-cooperative game,the cooperative game model is proposed.The premise and reason of the cooperation between suppliers and contractors and the five evolutionary dynamic processes under the cooperative stability strategy are obtained and analyzed.Targeted measures.(4)An important condition for ensuring the long-term stable development of the supply chain is the scientific,fair and reasonable distribution of the cost savings generated by the cooperative game.This thesis analyzes the applicability of Shapley value method,core method and Nash negotiation method to this thesis,and determines the cost-saving allocation of Nash negotiation method,and corrects its unreasonable existence.The results show that the modified Nash negotiation method is more realistic than the traditional Nash negotiation model.(5)According to the literature survey combined with the research results of this thesis,the cost control factors of engineering projects are investigated,and the seven main impact factors are obtained by factor analysis method.Specific control measures are proposed for these factors.Finally,the shortcomings of supply chain management,supply disruption and inventory decision are discussed,and the future improvement direction is clarified.Based on game analysis,the use of supply chain management theory to explore scientific,fair and feasible engineering project cost control measures is an inevitable requirement of the current era,and has important engineering practical significance and academic value for saving engineering project costs.
