Researches On The Problem And Counterplan Of The Old Industry Building Reuse

Currently, in China, the contradiction between industrial evolution and urban development and the function transformation of local land after city planning result in the large amount of areas occupied by old industrial buildings. The business, which actions a pillar industry of the third industry, also stimulates more and more under the background that our country city scope extends continuously and the urbanization process speeds continuously. The declining old industry buildings meet with the great deal of needed business kit facilities, their combination can alleviate both parties' pressure and bring the huge social and economic performance at the same time, as a result the thorough research on their combination has great theories meaning and practices value.Generally speaking, this paper has completed the following aspects:Firstly, study the theory and origin of old industrial buildings, that is the theory base and practice research of the reuse both at home and abroad, , the origin of reuse, the feasibility of reuse, which set a theoretical support for the following reserch.Secondly, on the basis of adaptive reuse principles, conduct reserch on the universal principles and methods of the old industrial buildings reuse, which is divided into three aspects: the integration of external space environment, the renewal of the external shape and the re-use of internal space. Then discusses the initial application of such methods for commercial space in the transformation..Then, focus on the reuse transformation of commercial space, which is a transformation process from the general to the specific. In the reuse aiming to commercial space, characteristics and development trend of different types of commercial space are listed in this part. Then start from interest affinity of commercial space and industrial space, explore transformation program oriented at commercial space, and focus on the existing problems and countermeasures in space transforming.Next is an examples of the old industrial building that author participated. This is a practice, in which universal methods of reuse and specific methods oriented at commercial space are used. Every coin has two sides.
