| This thesis studies the design practice of reconstruction and renewal of existing buildings in the process of urban development.Firstly,this thesis expounds the relevant theories and practical status of green building transformation at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant technologies of green building from five aspects: green building technology development,building space transformation and reuse,building energy conservation and resource reuse,indoor environmental quality control and actual case analysis.Based on the above research,this thesis discusses the theory and application of green building technology from three aspects,namely: building space transformation and reuse,renewable energy and resource utilization and energy saving,and indoor environmental quality control.According to the evaluation objectives,the transformation strategy based on green building technology is further summarized and put forward,which can be summarized as follows:1)building group layout strategy;2)Building space transformation strategy;3)Transformation strategy of building envelope system;4)Renewable energy utilization strategy;5)Water saving and water resources utilization strategy.Following the above green building transformation strategy,and taking the green building transformation of Kunming Wujiaba airport Cultural Square project as an example,through the design of transformation and utilization of the original sites and buildings,the old buildings can meet the new use functions,radiate the vitality of green buildings,and save resources,land,energy and precious water resources for the development of the city.Computer simulation is used to compare and analyze the two reconstruction schemes with the original buildings,as an objective evaluation of the reconstruction of existing buildings.The results show that the transformation scheme not only meets the new functional conditions and improves the quality of lighting environment,wind environment and thermal comfort environment,but also reduces the overall energy consumption level and ensures the green energy-saving of the building in the whole life cycle,the original intention and goal of the transformation and design have been achieved. |
