Study On Risk Management Of Smart Building Project In Tencent Company

With the development of science and technology and society,people have put forward a new concept of building needs,called intelligentialize.At the same time,the progress of the Internet,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence has provided technical conditions for smart buildings,and the development of smart buildings has ushered in an excellent opportunity.But at the same time,the project undertakes that the enterprise lacks experience in smart building risk management.If it's not paid attention,it will bring uncontrolled risks of quality,cost and schedule to the smart building project management process.This paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of Tencent's smart building projects,and uses risk management theories and methods to construct a smart construction project risk management program that includes smart building project risk identification,analysis,evaluation,and control.The risk management process firstly analyzes the current status of Tencent 's smart building projects to identify four potential sources of risk that exist at the technology R & D level,customer level,cost level and partner management level,and then based on the characteristics of Tencent 's smart building project,the risk factors are found out one by one in different risk sources.Secondly,by constructing the risk index system of Tencent's smart building project,the paper uses questionnaires and expert scoring methods to assign values and calculates weights to the above risk factors.And then the Tencent's smart building project risk assessment model is built to obtain the risk probability and risk level of each risk indicator.Finally,a targeted risk control strategy is developed for different risk factors.The procedures for identifying,analyzing,evaluating and controlling the risk sources of smart building projects established in this paper have realized the function of preventing and controlling Tencent's smart building projects in advance.More importantly,this method can calculate the risk probability and risk level of the project,therefore it solves the quantitative analysis of project risk,pushes the risk management work of Tencent's smart building project into the era of quantitative management,and improves Tencent's smart building project management efficiency and risk management level.This research results have certain reference values for the project risk management of the smart building industry.
