The Construction Strategy Of Urban And Suburban Integrated Villages From The Perspective Of Resilience ——Take Baodian Village,Lujiang County,Hefei City As An Example

In the context of rural revitalization,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization（2018-2022）,which proposed classification and promotion of rural development,and divided rural areas into agglomeration promotion,urban and suburban integration,characteristic protection,and relocation.Deconsolidation category.The suburban integrated countryside is located in the combined area of the city and the countryside.While receiving the influence of the central city,it is also impacted by the agglomeration of the outer suburban countryside to the city.The special spatial location makes the population structure,spatial structure,industrial structure,production and lifestyle of such villages gradually change,and it has the duality of urban and rural areas.In the rapid development stage of urbanization,rural areas with integrated suburbs often experience a process of transformation from traditional agricultural villages to urban fringe villages and rural communities.In the process of transformation and development,these villages have become a springboard for migrants to enter the city due to their short time and space distance from the central city,convenient transportation,relatively complete municipal facilities,and low cost of living and living.The agglomeration of the population has caused a series of contradictions and changes such as prominent social contradictions,private construction and illegal construction,the environment is dirty and chaotic,and the hidden dangers of fire safety,etc.,making the social,economic and environmental patterns of suburban integrated villages face more frequent changes Challenge with risk.Therefore,how to deal with the dynamic risks of complex changes through rural construction is a problem that needs to be considered in the current stage of the development and transformation of urban and suburban integrated villages.This paper draws on the relevant principles of resilience theory,completes the recognization of the essential characteristics,cognitive dimensions and influencing factors of resilience theory.Based on this analysis,the guidance is directed to the suburbs of Hefei.Field investigation and in-depth study of integrated villages,analyzing the development characteristics and status quo of the village from six aspects: social structure,demographic characteristics,industrial level,development scale,natural environment and built environment,and summarizing the space of integrated villages in the suburbs under this situation The influencing factors of development,and then deduced the prerequisites,key factors and apparent characteristics in the resilient construction of suburban integrated villages,and formed the relevant mechanism framework.Enhance the resilience of such villages in the three dimensions of society,economy,and environment through construction strategies from the main organization,industrial deepening,and spatial planning.At the end of the article,through an empirical study of the “Rural Construction Project in Baodian Village,Lujiang County,Hefei City ”,the theory was verified and corroborated.Problem-solving ideas and strategies.Figure [103] table [42] reference [85]...
