| With the rapid development of cities, the large area of urban pavement surface has become impermeable, the drainage area of original rivers is diminished. Meanwhile, the development without reasonable planning destroys natural hydrological cycle, that reduce flood control capacity and lead to the frequent waterlogging in cities. In addition, cities also have to face the problems caused by water pollution, water shortages and other issues. Given all that background, the construction of the sponge city system has been set as a national goal in our country, and the development models of the new and green city are under discussion. Unlike the traditional urban construction, the sponge city system should be built in a different way, which focuses on the protection of the hydrological cycle around urban area, fully utilizing the rainwater storage capacity of urban green space and realizing the transformation of drainage pattern. In present stage of its development, many problems need to be discussed and solved. In order to open avenues for further research, this paper was to figure out the way to adequately utilize the rainwater storage capacity of urban green space by appropriate designing.(1) On the basis of literature review, comparison of domestic and international states of urban rainwater system pointed out the shortage of domestic research, while analyzing the relevant theories of sponge city and summarying the design approach of stormwater management in urban parks.(2) Based on the sponge city and the related theory, combined with the hydrological process source, transmission and terminal of stormwater runoff, this paper put forward the construction of the sponge city park planning and design from the macro to the micro perspective. First of all, this paper discussed the overall planning of the park green space from three aspects, including the sponge system, the planning layout and the planning scale. Secondly, the design contents of the park green space were summarized. There were three aspects including design points, design methods and design techniques. What’s more, descriptions and evaluations of different applications in low impact storm water management measures were illustrated.(3) Fuzhou city was chosen as the object of study, through the investigation and analysis of the hydrological terrain, the situation of urban rain flood layout in park and stormwater management status, the summary of planning and design deficiencies on stormwater management in green space.(4) Facing the existence of these problems, the construction system of Parks sponge system were proposaled, given the overall planning of Fuzhou City. The transformation of Hot Spring Park design was chosen a case study to detail the design approaches of green space stormwater runoff control in urban park. |
