Greening project is an important measure to improve the urban environment and protect the ecological environment.Today,with the increasingly fierce bidding competition,greening project construction enterprises are facing both opportunities and challenges.Reflected in the bidding process,the competition game between the parties has increased the difficulty of undertaking greening project construction projects.Even if it can successfully pass the bidding process and achieve the winning bid,there will be problems caused by excessive competition for profits.Therefore,in the bidding activities of the greening project construction enterprises,the rationality,scientificity and strategy of the bid quotation are of great importance.First of all,this paper grasps the current research status in this field at home and abroad by sorting out the domestic and foreign research results on the bidding strategy of greening projects.Secondly,from the perspective of excavating the relevant theoretical basis of greening project bidding,the concept of greening project bidding,the basis of quotation,the process and strategy,and the basic principles of game theory are expounded.Applicability in bidding and quotation of greening projects.Thirdly,from the perspective of greening construction enterprises,the current domestic greening construction industry development status and bidding environment are analyzed,and the outstanding problems in the bidding behavior of greening construction enterprises are put forward.The quotation behavior and game behavior are mainly analyzed,which effectively validates the game model.The feasibility provides a theoretical basis for constructing a game analysis model for the case of Siyang Chengzi Lake project in this paper.Then,taking the Siyang Chengzi Lake project as an example,a bidding game decision-making model was constructed,the influencing factors of the bidding price were analyzed,and the games between the construction unit,the construction unit and the bidding competitors were studied to provide support for the construction of the model.Finally,based on the constructed decision model,the bidding price range of the project is predicted,the optimal bid report value is finally determined,and the result consistent with the winning bid price is obtained,which verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the model application.Provide practical guidance and theoretical reference for the case enterprise to construct the application bidding game decision model.The theoretical analysis model constructed in this paper is from the perspective of the construction unit,and has fully considered the comprehensive evaluation method of bid evaluation.It has certain operability and practicality around the factors such as the benchmark price of bid evaluation,the principles of bid evaluation,and methods of bid evaluation.Value.At the same time,the results obtained by the model solution analysis are in line with the prediction results of the optimal bidding quotation interval of the case construction company,which verifies the scientificity and rationality of the theoretical model,and can provide guidance for other companies in the same industry to implement the bid quotation work scientifically The theoretical reference value.
