The global emergence of an unprecedented building boom these years caused the appearance of a large number of commercial and residential buildings around the world.Although the emergence of the buildings shows strong economic strength,it has a huge impact on the global energy resources consumption,and the deterioration of the ecological environment by using a lot of resources and energy cannot be underestimated as well.The construction industry is the one which consumes a large amount of energy resources and has a great influence on the environment,especially in the construction stage of the architecture formation.Therefore,how to evaluate and deal with a series of problems in the construction phase is a difficult problem to be solved.In this paper,the theory is based on the previously proposed green building and green construction concept,taking advantage of the evaluation method of green construction of buildings as the basis to evaluate the level of green construction in the construction process,and then some practical suggestions was put forward to provide scientific basis for guiding the follow-up green construction work.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The situation of the consumption of resources and energy and their influence on the environment was summed up on the basis of consulting various Yearbooks and reports,and then the necessity of this paper was presented.Comparative analysis and research on the domestic and international green building and green construction assessment and its research status and development trend were conducted.Meanwhile,the basic concepts and characteristics of green building and green construction as well as green construction related and the relationship between them were set forth to provide theoretical supports for this study.(2)The connotation,construction principles and construction methods of the index system were introduced to build the green construction evaluation index system.On this basis,combined with the general characteristics of the reinforced concrete building green construction,green construction assessment index system established in 5 aspects including the construction preparation,construction site,foundation and foundation engineering,main structure engineering and decoration and installation of mechanical and electrical engineering,and further unified standards was imposed on the evaluation criteria of each index.(3)Several commonly used methods was introduced and compared for the study of green construction evaluation model,and finally the theory of matter-element extension was determined as the evaluation method.The evaluation model of green construction of the building was established according to the above-mentioned presentation.Simultaneously,the index weight was determined by AHP and entropy method respectively,but the synthetic weight was determined through the game theory.(4)The Lanshan project constructed by Shanxi Sijian Group CO.LTD.of Vanke was taken as an example in the specific empirical research to validate the practicability of the method proposed in this paper.The foregoing index system of green construction established and the evaluation method of the matter-element extension were used to verify the effect of the green construction.The analysis of the evaluation results showed that the practicality and feasibility of the green construction evaluation model built in this paper,which were based on the theory of matter-element extension.This model can not only objectively evaluate the level of green construction but also point the need for improved factors out directly to provide suggestions and measurement for raising the level of green construction.Some practical significance has been proved of this method,and the reference to future action guidelines of construction can be foreseen.
