Distributed photovoltaic has the characteristics of close to the user side,flexible construction scale,simple installation and wide application range,and is an important application form of photovoltaic power generation.In recent years,with the national energy authorities issued a series of policies and the decline in the cost of photovoltaic power generation by the national energy authorities,user-side distributed photovoltaics have developed rapidly.In the future,there will be multiple PV users in distribution network area.Forming a PV user group will be one of the most promising and effective ways to manage them.Therefore,this paper studies the economic operation model of the PV user group and the evaluation method of user importance within the group.According to China's photovoltaic on-grid tariff policy,the existing literature has proposed the economic operation model of PV user group based on non-cooperative game theory and cooperative game theory.In the PV user group optimization pricing model based on non-cooperative game theory,the operator(Cluster Operator,CO)is the leader to formulate the internal electricity price of the PV user group,with the purpose of maximizing the revenue;the PV user as the follower,according to the operator The internal price is set to perform the Demand Response(DR)to maximize its own benefit of electricity consumption.In the PV user group economic operation model based on cooperative game theory,the Shapely value method is used to distribute the alliance revenue,which improves the electricity sales revenue of the power users and reduces the electricity purchase cost of the power users,thus improving the user's revenue.The user's electricity benefit function in the economic operation model of PV user group based on non-cooperative game theory is deduced.It is found that the user's sensitivity to internal electricity price is too high,and the user's power consumption adjustment rate will be too large at some moments due to internal electricity price incentive.,ignoring the user's demand for electricity satisfaction.In order to improve this aspect,a user benefit model that takes into account the utility of electricity,economy and electricity consumption is proposed.Then it is used to construct a PV user group optimization pricing model based on master-slave game,and it proves that the game problem exists.The only equilibrium point.The results of the example show that after considering the satisfaction of PV users,the PV user's power adjustment rate can be effectively reduced,and the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified.For the PV user group based on the optimization of internal electricity price operation,the essence of the profitability of the operators of the PV user group is explained.Based on the cooperative game theory,the method of calculating the contribution value of the users to the operator revenue is proposed.Then define the importance assessment indicators of users from three aspects: users,operators and power grids.Finally,based on the method of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)in the multi-criteria decision-making method for users in the PV user group conduct importance assessment and ranking methods.The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
