With the rapid economic growth of our country,the transportation demand of goods in inland river is increasing.So a large number of ports have been built in various regions,which leads to the continuous expansion of the port scale.Therefore the hinterland overlap is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,because of the lack of unified and coordinated management among the ports in the inland port group,the function and the division of the port are not clear,which leads to the increasingly fierce competition in the port group.These have caused the waste of social resources and been not conducive to the sustainable development of inland navigation.In view of the port group in inland river,which is in urgent need of strategic planning today,there is a lack of an optimization model which can provide theoretical explanation and strategy guidance for cooperation among ports.It is necessary to put forward the concrete function optimization methods of each port from the point of goods classification,the layer optimization methods of port group by considering the factors affecting the development and layout of the port,and the best strategy choice by considering the coopetition relationship among ports.The main research work and results are as follows.1)Port function optimization based on diversity index and location quotient model.Considering the development status,goods diversity and specialization in a single inland port,the optimization model of port functions is constructed.This model can clearly define dominant cargo,conventional cargo,inferior cargo in the port.The model is applied to the analysis of the 14 representative port areas in Chongqing and the specific function optimization scheme has been formulated.2)The layout optimization of port group based on cluster analysis.Considering the factors affecting the development and layout of the port,this paper constructs a port evaluation index system which includes 4 first grade indexes and 13 two level indexes.Moreover the cluster analysis model is used to divide the port group in Chongqing.It is determined that Zhucheng is the main port area,Wanzhou and Fuling are the important port areas,and the rest are general port areas,which can clarify the position and role of each port area in the whole port group.3)Research on cooperation relationship among ports based on dynamic game theory and cooperative game theory.Considering the coopetition relationship among the main port area,the important port area and the general port area,this paper constructs the dynamic game model and the cooperative game model based on the Shapley value allocation.Then the equilibrium solution of the model is obtained.The loading and unloading price,output level and income situation of three different levels of port areas under different strategies are analyzed.The results show that the main port area,the important port area and the general port area should adopt a cooperative strategy so that each port area and the whole port group can gain the greatest benefit.
