Application Research Of Intelligent Control System For Central Heating

Urban central heating system is the important city infrastructure for economicconstruction and social development, its level of development represents the status ofurban modernization. To develop energy-saving and eco-friendly central heating systemshas become the development trend of urban heating. Using modern scientific andtechnological means, building remote intelligent central heating system is one of theobjectives in recent years.Based on the reference of many concentrated heating systems at home and abroadand the research status of heating temperature control system, the composing of heatingstation, work principle and heating regulation method of heating system are introduced inthis paper. To take Caofeidian central heating system as the research background, thecomposing of a central heating system and the control scheme are designed. Using fuzzycontrol theory, the temperature control system for a heating station has been designed.Taking water flow and outdoor temperature as input and backwater temperature as output,the two dimension fuzzy controller for central heating is designed.According to the research on temperature control system of heat exchanging station,the remote monitoring system for central heating is designed, which is composed ofheating network monitoring center, monitoring system of heating exchange station andwireless communication system. In the monitoring system, superior is the monitoringcenter, subordinate is the heating station. Through the3G wireless network the heatingstations and the monitoring center are connected. The all parts in the system worktogether to realize heating network monitoring functions.IFIX configuration software is used to develop the heating network monitoringsoftware in the monitoring center. This software has real time data monitoringcapabilities, it can not only display the network device operating parameters such astemperature, pressure, flow of network supply and return water, but also have anomaliesand fault monitoring of the field devices and real-time alerting data display as well asprinting report forms functions.The intelligent heating control system has been put into practical application, and hasa good effect, achieves the objective of reducing energy consumption and increasingeconomic efficiency.
