The Study On Quality Control Of Enterprise D Maintenance Cable Laying

As a part of aircraft repair process,cable laying plays an important role in aircraft performance and safety.With the continuous extension and deepening of cable laying and repair work,as well as the continuous improvement of aircraft repair requirements,the importance of cable laying has gradually received more attention.However,the current cable laying work quality is not ideal.Huge numbers of faults,huge kinds of faults and other problems,which not only seriously affect the smooth production of the whole workshop,but also affect the overall quality image of the workshop and discourage workers from working activelyIn this paper,the author decomposing and analyzing the fault data of cable laying and summarizing the fault types by adopting the method of exhaustion and method of cause effect graphical and other analysis methods.It is found that the main fault types that affect the quality of cable laying are the faults that have requirements but are not carried out according to the requirements in the actual work.At the same time,two major and ten minor fault types affecting cable laying quality were found.Respectively,”Mistake” type,which means there are technical requirements but failure;”Unrequired” type,which means there are no technical requirements and failure.“Mistake” type includes clamp requirements type failure,cable laying requirements type failure,negative line installation requirements type failure,color circle requirements type failure and general requirements type failure.“Unrequired” type includes clamp installation problem type fault cable alignment problem type fault cable binding problem type fault cover blocking problem type fault and cable reserved length problem type fault.Through the specific analysis of the ten fault types,the author finally analyzes a variety of specific fault types that affect the quality of cable laying.Then through the analysis of the cause of the fault types,combine with the actual working conditions of the workshop,the cause of improvement measures proposed.
