This thesis centers on operating drivers in G Company,combined with the problems existing in daily salary management,and deeply analyses the problems existing in salary management system in the company,then tries to optimize the original scheme of salary management.Operating drivers are very important functions of G Company,accounting for51.46% of the total number of G Company.The salary of G Company's operating drivers is mainly composed of post salary,performance salary,kilometer salary,and bonus.Through interviewing and investigating the satisfaction degree of G Company's operating drivers' salary management,the drivers' problems mainly include high intensity of work,low salary,internal treatment,and less training.This thesis combines the methods of literature study,learning and reference,questionnaire survey,theory and practice.The thesis combines the overall strategic planning and development direction of G Company,then analyses the existing operating drivers' views on the current salary management.Being divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the research background,research purposes and research ideas;the second chapter mainly elaborates the concept and content of salary management;the third one introduces the actuality of salary management of G Company's operating drivers,including company profile,industry environment,human resource structure,personnel mobility analysis,salary management methods and questionnaire survey;the forth one summarizes the problems existing in the salary management of G Company's operating drivers,and makes analysis;the fifth chapter puts forward the suggestions of rectification measures.G Company is currently trying to solve the problems of formulating salary management plan and performance appraisal mechanism that is scientific and suitable for enterprise development planning.What's more,the new salary management methods should be implemented fairly.Concern about the driver's heart growth,learn and understand the corporate culture,enhance service awareness,provide drivers with learning and promotion opportunities,so that drivers and enterprises grow together.G Company enterprises should take this opportunity,first retain talents,in order to absorb more talents to join,fundamentally solve the problem of large flow of driver talents,in order to continue to move towards a new era.
