| State-owned enterprises is an important backbone of our country’s economy to develop high quality,the central soes leading personnel assessment team members,is the guarantee and strengthening of the central political leadership,comprehensive governing party,to make sure every central soe employees is highly unified in their ideological and political systems with the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,This requires that the assessment of central state-owned enterprise leaders must be based on ideological and political station,ideological and political line,ideological and political foothold and ideological and political development direction.Through literature research method,summary induction method,example analysis method and other research methods,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the performance management system of each company,and analyzes the organizational structure,personnel composition,business situation,target market,enterprises of the same type and management personnel management direction of infrastructure companies.On this basis,through scientific research,and analyzing the current situation of performance appraisal in all kinds of management,it is concluded that the scientific nature of the performance evaluation index system is imperfect,evaluation and the subjective evaluation,be assessed the degree of employee involvement is not enough,lack of performance culture,performance appraisal orientation is not accurate,the conclusion of post responsibility is not clear.In addition,this paper also summarizes and analyzes the macro environment of infrastructure companies.On the basis of all the above analysis and combined with the problems found by enterprises,four optimization strategies corresponding to the problems and 19 suggestions are proposed to better guide the all-round development of enterprises. |
