With the development of social economy,in the process of power grid construction,the resources of land and line corridor are more and more scarce.Therefore,it is urgent to promote and apply the advanced technology of power grid construction.The most important thing of power grid construction is to improve the transmission and distribution capacity of power grid,optimize the use of land resources,reduce network losses and reduce investment.The construction of power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of large investment,large resource demand,large capital risk and long payback period.In addition to these characteristics,power transmission and transformation construction projects should also play an active role in energy policy and energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the analysis of power supply demand of youqianqi power supply company in Xing'an League,and considering the development trend and geographical conditions of Keyouqianqi,this paper makes the feasibility analysis of power transmission and transformation project.The necessity of construction of power transmission and transformation project is emphasized.A 66 kV substation is built in the company and connected to the power grid in parallel.In the process of power system design,this paper first describes the domestic and foreign research status of this subject in related fields,and plans and designs the overall scheme of the 66 kV power transmission and transformation project in Hongqi,Keyouqianqi,mainly including the necessity of the project construction,the primary design of power system,the selection of electric and gas parameters and the main electrical wiring mode.Then the secondary design of the power system of the project,including system relay protection,dispatching automation,power metering device,secondary system security protection and station communication planning and design.The primary system and secondary system of the substation are designed,and the route of the line project is selected and demonstrated.Finally,the paper analyzes the social stability and puts forward relevant suggestions.Based on the field investigation,the technical and economic analysis of the power system scheme is carried out,which proves the feasibility of the 66 kV power transmission and transformation project construction.It makes necessary guidance for the project construction,makes the project decision more reasonable,scientific,objective,and more in line with the modern enterprise investment principle centering on economic and environmental benefits.
