With the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy and beautiful rural construction, people pay more attention to the living conditions and living environment of farmers and herdsmen. The implementation plan for clean heating in winter in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region emphasizes that rural areas should give priority to the use of geothermal, biomass, solar energy and other clean energy for heating, and develop natural gas or electric heating when conditions allow, which will reach more than 40 percent by 2021.It can be seen that clean heating is in line with China’s rural revitalization strategy and the inevitable requirements of sustainable development. At present, the severe cold area C rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia residential building is given priority to with self-built,existence space design is not reasonable, poor insulation, air tightness, high in winter heating energy consumption, indoor temperature is low,it is difficult to meet the requirements of agriculture herdsman to thermal comfort, and the traditional fire resistance, low thermal efficiency, thermal comfort is poor, will not only waste a lot of energy at a time,at the same time can cause indoor air pollution. In view of the above problems, this paper selects the medium area and large area residential buildings of hangzhou jinqi,a representative area,to optimize the design of low energy consumption from the aspects of optimal orientation design, reasonable distribution of plane functions, insulation design of peripheral protective structure and application of new energy-saving fire kang.Through Dest-h software simulation,it is found that the energysaving rate of low-energy residential buildings is 86% compared with the current residential buildings, which not only significantly improves the indoor thermal environment, but also greatly reduces the heating energy consumption. The design of the low-energy residential buildings provides reference for the construction of the residential buildings of farmers and herdsmen, and lays a foundation for the design of the clean heating balance scheme.According to the equilibrium heating theory,it is concluded that "the equilibrium heating quantity = the heat consumption output from Dest-h-heat dissipation of kang Q3".When the indoor temperature is 15℃ on the coldest day,the equilibrium heating quantity of medium area and large area residential buildings with low energy consumption is 19.61w/m2 and 20.34w/m2 respectively.According to the advantages of clean energy distribution and the choice of advanced technology, reliable performance and stable operation equipment in frigid C region of Inner Mongolia, the balance scheme of "solar energy + electric energy assisted clean heating" and "air energy + electric energy assisted clean heating balance scheme" were determined and integrated with the low-energy residential buildings. In the solar + electric energy auxiliary heating scheme,it is calculated that the solar collector areas of medium area and large area of low-energy residential buildings are 12.09m2 and 15.47 ㎡ respectively, and the storage water tank volumes are 3.60m3 and 4.61m3.In the air source heat pump + electricity auxiliary heating scheme,ultra-low temperature air source heat pump units ap-05 and ap-06 are selected for medium area and large area low-energy residential buildings, respectively. The equipment electricity consumption on the coldest day is 13.90 kw ·h/d and 18.05 kw ·h/d,and the terminal radiators are reasonably configured based on the heat required by each room.Based on low energy consumption residential building, the integrated design of low energy consumption residential building and "solar/air + biomass + electricity" clean heating scheme is realized.
