Today,the main equipment for pile foundation drilling is a drilling rig.With the development of mechanical technology,there are more and more types of drilling rigs.Due to the rapid development of subway transportation,the demand for pile foundation drilling is also increasing under the environment of small space operations such as subways and tunnels.Traditional drilling rigs are large in size,and drilling in a small space greatly reduces drilling efficiency.This requires a small dedicated drilling rig that is suitable for the needs of small space operating environments such as subway tunnels.The new rig needs to meet the requirements of simple operation of the whole machine,high work efficiency,cost saving and environmental protection.Rotary drilling rigs are used to drill small spaces such as traditional subway tunnels.However,the existing rotary drilling rigs are relatively large and self-heavy.In special environments such as small spaces,it is very difficult to move the transition,the drilling efficiency is relatively low,and mechanical advantages are wasted seriously.In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency and difficult transfer of traditional rigs in small spaces such as subway tunnels,a small-volume subway tunnel rig is designed in this paper.The working device of the rig adopts a two-segment mast and a double-pitch lifting device in the structure to ensure that the height of the mast is reduced;a hydraulic crawler chassis is used to ensure the convenient transfer of the rig,and the accurate positioning of the pile foundation is drilled,which fully improves the drilling efficiency.According to the requirements,the relevant mechanical structure of the subway tunnel rig is designed,which mainly includes the design of the crawler chassis bracket,the main support device and the power head.In this paper,the force analysis of the mast and the chassis is performed first,and the 3D modeling and assembly are performed using Solidworks.Then use ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to analyze the statics of the mast and chassis under different working conditions to ensure that the designed mechanical structure can meet the requirements of use.Finally,the stability analysis of the rig under different conditions is performed to ensure the stability of the subway tunnel rig in transportation and working conditions.The subway tunnel rig designed in this subject has the characteristics of small size,compact structure,flexible walking,and simple and convenient operation.It is suitable for drilling in small spaces such as subway tunnels,and meets the needs of drilling pile foundation holes in special environments in China,which greatly saves construction costs and improves work efficiency.
