In the prophase development of electric vechicle power system,the exeperiment research in the powertrain test bed with power road load map simulation,which is the important pahase of powertrain calibration,analysis,application forecast,and it is the excellent method for the improvement of development and research efficency.The text is focused on the simulation of power road load map in motor test bed.We reseach the method and strategy for simulation and we do the engineering relization and valiation.In the power road load map,the vechicle speed is easily acquired.So,at fist we research how to transform the electric vehicle speed curve to the speed and torque maths model of test bed based on time.During the process,we we analysis the powertrain and drivetrain movement,and describe every step with maths model.According to a certain vechile,we achieve maths model needed datas with some test method.After finishing the maths model,we set up the simulation conditions,including vechilce model,road surface mode and driver model.We design the hareware in loop,including the driver action simutilion,the dynamic road load simulation,power supply and feedback simuliaiton,and brake action simulaiton.Then,we research the throtle control method according with the driver requirements and the road load simution accoding to vechicle speed.Furthermore,we improve the control strategy and control arithmetic to meet the high dynamic requirement s,build up the whole control structure.Based on the maths models and control structure,we do the engineering relization.Which includes two parts.One part is the test bed equipments and inturements assembling.We tihink about each subsystem test range and applicability,and confirm it's progressiveness for data collection and control application.Other part is software ralization in the Lab VIEW system.For convenient application,we plot out serveral logic modules,including the vechile model,control model,user management,and so on.In this platform,we test the powertrain and carry out the validation.When we do the validation,we show the control arithmetic effect.We focus on the speed and torque simulation capability compared with the actual car test datas.
