In recent years,with the rapid economic development of Changchun,the rapid development of urban construction,the rapid advancement of urbanization and the continuous improvement of motorization levels,the pressure on urban traffic has become more and more obvious.Urban rail transit has become an indispensable mode of travel.With the approval of the third phase of the rail transit construction plan in Changchun City,the construction scale of the rail transit project in Changchun ushered in the largest in history.In the face of such a huge subway construction,safety risks have greatly increased.Subway construction is originally an underground project,which is difficult to construct,has high construction risks,and has many uncertain factors.In addition,Changchun is located in Northeast China,and the winter is very cold.There is a frozen soil period of nearly six months each year,and safety risk management faces huge challenges.In this context,this article describes the general situation of the Changchun Metro Line 5project,uses the decomposition analysis method and the expert investigation method to identify the risk factors of the Changchun Metro Line 5 project,and divides the Changchun Metro Line 5 project according to the construction method.The four first-level risk sources are: open-cut construction risk,cover-excavation construction risk,shield construction risk,and underground excavation construction risk.Then,the first-level risk sources are further analyzed in detail and divided into traffic guidance and reconstruction construction and pipeline construction.There are 18 secondary risk sources including suspension construction,deep foundation pit construction,and prefabricated station construction.The 18 risk factors were reasonably quantified by inviting experts to score,and a criterion-level judgment matrix was constructed.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight index of each indicator layer,it is concluded that the undercutting underneath the subway line,the undercutting under the railway bridge,the shield under the subway line,and the shield tunneling are the risk values among the 18 risk factors.The four largest construction items.Then combined with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to calculate the total risk index of the Changchun Metro Line 5 project,it is concluded that the risk level of the Changchun Metro Line 5 project is relatively high risk.The construction unit should strengthen the management of construction safety risks during the construction process,especially for the construction content with larger risk factors,it is necessary to take necessary preventive measures in advance.Finally,this article puts forward construction rationalization suggestions for the four secondary risk sources with the largest construction risk factors: underground excavation underneath the subway line,undersurface excavation under the railway bridge,shield tunnel underneath the subway line,and shield tunnel excavation.This paper takes the Changchun Metro Line 5 project as the research object.Through the identification,analysis and evaluation of construction risk factors,we find the larger construction risk factors of the Changchun Metro Line 5 project and put forward reasonable suggestions.The construction provides reference significance.
