Study On The Whole Process Of Cost Control Of Primary School Construction Project

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,China's education industry has achieved leap-forward development,and education reform has made breakthrough progress.Changsha City responded to the National Education Promotion Plan and promoted the construction and expansion of the primary school project.As a public welfare project,the Primary School Project requires us to reasonably determine the project cost and effectively control the cost during the construction process so that the government funds can be effectively utilized,the budget results can be achieved,and good social benefits can be obtained.Based on the perspective of the construction unit,this paper conducts the following research on the cost control of the whole process of the primary school project on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research status of cost control at home and abroad:(1)By summarizing the status quo of cost control at home and abroad,as well as the characteristics of primary school construction projects,the importance of cost control in primary school construction projects was discussed.The principle of cost control was introduced and the application process was constructed.Monte Carlo technology solves the uncertainty problem in cost estimation by applying statistical probability,which has strong practical value and guiding significance for the whole process cost control.(2)Applying the whole process cost control theory,the overall framework of cost control of the whole process of primary school construction project was established,and the main contents,objectives,influencing factors and control modes of project cost control,design,bidding,construction and completion settlement stage are analyzed.And the evaluation mechanism and system operation mechanism of the whole process cost control system based on the control results and process efficiency were established.(3)Taking Heping Elementary School as the research object,based on the actual situation of the construction project and the overall framework of the whole process cost control,the whole process cost control system of the construction project of Heping Primary School was constructed.The case analysis is feasible and necessaryto carry out the whole process cost control of the primary school construction project.The research content of this paper is determined by the existing theoretical basis and the actual situation of the primary school construction project.The introduction of Monte Carlo technology into the existing cost control method has certain applicability;the application process of the whole process cost control of the construction project of Heping Primary School helps.Promoting the construction of the primary school project has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
