| With the goal of "two places and one air" proposed by civil aviation air traffic control system,satellite communication plays an important role in civil aviation communication with its unique advantages.Due to the remote location of most stations(points)and the complex and harsh environment,the deviation of the satellite angle caused by the weather and environment greatly reduces the reliability of communication.In order to reduce the work intensity of maintenance personnel,make the operation of satellite simple,convenient and accurate,and ensure the smooth communication link of civil aviation satellite,the research of automatic satellite device has important application value.In this paper,a satellite antenna automatic satellite alignment system which meets the requirements of civil aviation air traffic control rules is designed by researching and reforming the receiving equipment used in the satellite stations(points)of civil aviation air traffic control system.This paper mainly carries out the following work.Firstly,the satellite antenna-to-satellite mechanism commonly used in civil aviation is analyzed and studied.Aiming at the common satellite antenna structure design,the overall scheme of automatic satellite-to-satellite system is designed.Secondly,the receiver signal detection and judgment circuit and automatic control circuit are designed.The system uses STM32 MCU as the core,uses its built-in 12-bit ADC to digitize the output signal of satellite receiver,judges the signal intensity by software,and outputs the azimuth and elevation angle control signals of satellite antenna according to the signal intensity.The overdrive chip drives the steering gear to correct the antenna angle.Thirdly,according to the system requirements,an automatic control mechanism for satellite motion is designed,which uses steering gear platform,manipulator and sensor to judge the antenna attitude in real time and adjust the antenna angle by driving the control circuit.Finally,the optimal relative position between the satellite antenna and the source is maintained,the automatic satellite alignment is realized,and the communication link is guaranteed.Unobstructed.Finally,the system is debugged jointly.After fixing and connecting the satellite antenna of Huhutong,the system functions are tested by using the steering gear and manipulator of the steering gear platform as the support.The test results show that the designed system realizes automatic search according to the transmission quality of the link and the strength of the received satellite signals.The function of cable satellite and the function of automatic satellite-to-satellite operation for the searched satellite basically achieve the expected functional requirements. |
