A Preliminary Research On The New Industrialized Construction Design Of Large Space Building With Secondary Structure

Building industrialization is tendency of architecture development in China.However,at present,many problems have been discovered in the building industrialization of China,such as the unbalanced development between different structures,the contradiction between standardization and individuation,and the universal short life of the building.To achieve sustainable development,approaches to achieving building industrialization need to be explored.This paper attempts to seek the possibility of combined design between the ‘heavy' structural system and the ‘light' structural system from the perspective of construction,using its advantages and narrowing its limitations.Then,ways to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction will be found.The research in this paper is divided into eight parts.The first chapter analyzes the present situation and problems of building industrialization in China.On this basis,the concept of large space building with secondary structure is proposed,and the related concepts and research contents are limited.The second chapter provides rational design basis for the design of large space building with secondary structure,through the discussion of component classification method and component assembly method.The third chapter provides the technical basis for the design of large space building with secondary structure,through the discussion of the characteristics and classification of structural materials,and the selection and optimization principles of suitable structures.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the new design pattern and design platform that meets the design requirements of the design of large space building with secondary structure.The fifth chapter describes the design idea of large space building with secondary structure,and the design principles of primary structure and secondary structure are summarized.In the sixth chapter,the design process and method of the large space building with secondary structure are summarized,which can guide the design practice.In the seventh chapter,the design of large space building with secondary structure based on two prototypes is practiced,and further research is refined through reflection.The eighth chapter is the conclusion.This paper contains about 54,000 words and 113 illustrations.
