Design Method And Application Of Precast Concrete Units In Housing Industrilization

With the continuous development of our economy,the housing industry develops quickly and becomes one of the important mainstays of the economy.Nowadays a significant mission of housing building is to accelerate residence industry,to improve the housing quality,to promote sustainable development and to fulfill the residents'requests.For the assembled prefabricated concrete structure system, the pre-fabricated concrete units (PC units) is one of most important units, which assembled together with PC units or cast in-situ structure. This kind of structure is widely used in western countries and in HK and Macau region. As an industrial construction method, precast reinforced concrete structure is popularized designers and investors by its merits of quicker construction, better economic and environmental effects day after day. Which is the effect road to realize housing industrialization and improve the construction quality, meanwhile, it can reduce the pollution of construction, which sparkplugs'green'construction.It is the key important method to set apart the PC units from the overall design of the construction. At present, the assembled PC units structure is still on the stage of studying. The application of construction joints of PC units structure is under the researching. The merits of construction joints is limited in its unreliable connections can't satisfy the bearing ability of cyclic loading. Meanwhile the design method is still lagged.About the merits and the shortages mentioned above, in this paper, the author will introduce one of the design method of design principles for the structure and construction joints by the practice of projects. The design method of connection joints between PC units and PC units, and connections joints between PC units and cast in-situ elements are addressed. The theories of connection joint are supposed to study the affection of the rigidity of the whole building under the earthquake action.,which help to analysis the rigid of the whole building and study the affection under the earthquake.Finally design proposes to the new type of assembled PC units construction structure and the design method of connection joints are addressed according to the analyses above.
