Research On The Design Of Rural Houses Under The Background Of Industrialization

With the development of China's urbanization process,residents in rural areas continue to increase their demand for housing.The traditional rural housing model is increasingly difficult to adapt to the needs of modern life,and it is urgent to improve the building quality and extensive construction system of rural housing.On the other hand,after long-term development and practice,the theory and technology of construction industrialization have matured to this day,and have made tremendous contributions in solving urban housing problems.Although in recent years under the influence of national policies,rural construction has become a hot spot and has generated internal demand for modern science and technology,it still lacks technical guidance.Based on this,this paper takes southern Liaoning as a research sample to discuss the design method and construction system of industrialized rural houses,with a view to guiding the construction of rural houses.The article first summarizes the characteristics of the current rural construction system and industrialized construction system,and shows the feasibility of the industrialized construction system involved in rural construction.Through a comprehensive evaluation of the current mainstream building system adapted to the countryside,it is clarified that the industrialized light steel structure is currently the most suitable system for the country's rural housing.Secondly,by summarizing the living mode,courtyard combination,plane parameters and other factors of the rural houses in southern Liaoning,the prototype of rural houses in southern Liaoning is summarized.From the point of view of residential design,it puts forward cold design strategies and standardized design principles,and at the same time further clarifies the applicability of light steel structure houses in rural Liaoning.Then,based on the survey data and the characteristics of the light steel structure,three standardized residential plans suitable for different types were summarized,and a standardized component library was established around the main structure and the envelope structure.At the same time,the construction node of the structural system and the method of the interior system are elaborated in detail.Finally,through the demonstration project examples,the design and construction details of industrialized rural residences were further deepened.In summary,on the basis of the summary of the constituent elements of rural housing in southern Liaoning,this article will elaborate on the design method and construction system of the industrialized housing system applicable to this region.The article uses a large number of graphic languages to express the design and construction of the industrial housing system.At the same time,the trial design proposal provides a new construction model for industrialized rural housing and a possible paradigm for the transformation of rural housing.
