In recent years,with the rapid growth of national economy,lifting machinery is being applied to more and more industries,especially in the power,energy,petrochemical,transportation,shipbuilding and other industries,which lead to a phenomenon that the safety and effectiveness of the crane will be put forward a higher level of requirements.According to incomplete statistics,gantry cranes accounted for more than 80 percents in the field of cranes in China,however,there is no a set of monitoring system for condition monitoring and fault analysis of gantry cranes.The user always judge the operating status of crane with the naked eye and experience,which lead to various serious security risks.There are few monitoring systems for gantry cranes,mostly based on the C/S architecture of the local monitoring system.Thence,the project aims to develop a remote monitoring and diagnostic system based on web,to protect the operation of the crane comprehensively.Specific research work includes the following parts.1,The research status on the condition monitoring and fault analysis of gantry cranes at home and abroad is discussed.According to the requirements of "GBT 28264-2012 lifting safety monitoring and management system" and the project requirements,analysis of the gantry crane remote monitoring system and diagnostic analysis system functions and parameters that need to be monitored.2,Design WFD8300 gantry crane remote monitoring and diagnosis system.Choosing the B/S system architecture and the system function is divided into 5 modules and the functions of each module is designed and implement.Key technology of system development are studied,mainly including network communication technologies,WebSocket data transmission real-time technology and ActiveX control drawing technology,and then verify the effectiveness of key technologies.3,The fault tree of the gantry crane operating mechanism and the electrical structure fault is constructed based on the analysis of fault tree analysis and expert system.And then analyze the relevant data by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and the expert system knowledge base and the reasoning machine are constructed,which based on the minimum cut set and the probability of importance.4,The database of WFD8300 gantry crane remote monitoring and diagnosis system is also built which is based on condition monitoring and diagnosis analysis.5,The WFD8300 gantry crane remote monitoring and diagnostic analysis system development is completed.The validity and accuracy of the expert system diagnosis are verified by the fault diagnosis of the running mechanism and the effectiveness of fault diagnosis and analysis of the gearbox of the system is verified by the fault monitoring data of a gear box test bed.
