With the steady development of China's national power,steel,transportation and other infrastructure construction industries,lifting machinery has been widely used.In order to reduce production costs,improve work efficiencym,requirements of lifting machinery become more and more stringent.According to incomplete statistics,gantry crane accounted for 85% in the field of crane in our country,and the on-line monitoring and fault analysis system for guaranteeing the safety of Gantry crane is still imperfect,users often judge the crane running state based on experience,and there are hidden dangers in the operation evaluation of Crane.For gantry crane monitoring and fault analysis system is not perfect,and lacks of convenient use,this project put forward a kind of remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on Android platform,it can fully and effectively ensure the safe operation of cranes.Based on C/S architecture,expert system,fault tree analysis,similar case inference,D-S evidence fusion,wavelet packet analysis,particle swarm optimization and BP neural network technology,the related work is as follows:1,The current research situation of remote monitoring and diagnosis technology for Gantry Crane is analyzed.This paper analyzes the current situation of crane monitoring in China and abroad from the aspect of monitoring system.Based on the research of Crane fault diagnosis technology and related products,the current research status of Crane fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad is analyzed.2,The fault diagnosis method for the driving equipment and the electric equipment of gantry crane are researched.This paper studies fault tree analysis method and similar case inference method,puts forward the fault diagnosis method of driving equipment and electric equipment based on adaptive weighting D-S fusion,designs fault diagnosis expert system of Gantry Crane's electric equipment,and constructs the knowledge base of gantry crane by fault tree method.A fault diagnosis method based on adaptive weighted D-S fusion is proposed to construct expert system inference machine,and the validity of expert system diagnosis is validated by the fault example.3,The fault diagnosis method of lifting mechanism of gantry crane are also researched.The Wavelet packet analysis method is used to extract the characteristics of the vibration signal,and the PSO algorithm is applied to optimize the defect of the local minima in the BP neural network,and the PSO-BP neural network is applied to diagnose the gearbox,and verifying the validity of PSO-BP neural network diagnosis method by the fault example.4,The overall structure and database of the system is designed.The structure of the system is designed by C/S architecture,the system function is divided and the detailed function is designed.Through the analysis of the database structure E-R diagram,and the analysis of the system data structure,the corresponding data table structure of the system is designed.5,The remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for gantry cranes development is completed.The effectiveness of the analysis and diagnosis of the rotating machinery equipment of the gantry crane of this system was verified by the monitoring data and the fault data of a gearbox test bench.The system server is deployed and tested its stability.The test results show that the system meets the design requirements and has practical significance in guaranteeing the safe operation of the gantry crane.
