| With the maturity of artificial intelligence technology and the rapidly development of unmanned vehicles,fully automatic vehicles have gradually become real.The interaction between users and vehicles is gaining widespread attention in the designing field.On the one hand,in order to match the relationship between users and vehicle,the vehicle-mounted human-machine interface has also changed.On the other hand,changes of the relationship between users and vehicles have introduced a new way of interaction between people and vehicles.At present,the biggest challenge for the popularization of fully automated vehicles is the low acceptance and the public’s low trust in their safety and reliability.As a medium for communication between users and vehicles,the human-machine interface plays an important role in building the users’ trust between users and unmanned vehicles.As a result,natural user interaction between users and vehicles has become a hot spot for all designers.In order to study the mechanism of users’ trust in the intelligent system belong with its impact on the vehicle-mounted human machine interface design and to explore the possible application forms of gesture interaction in the future driving scene.In the first part of this paper,the formation,development,evolution process and influence of users’trust in intelligent systems are systematically elaborated.Based ont th result of literature research,the paper studies the potential defects of users’ trust in intelligent systems.After proposing a series of potential defects,8 corresponding design strategies have been proposed.In the second part of this paper,the history and trend of the fully automatic driverless car and its interface are studied.Four layouts of the typical vehicle-mounted human-machine interface are analyzed and 5 development trends are proposed.At the same time,the characteristics and scope of the application of gesture interaction in the driving situation 1s summarized.Based on this,the design background,goals and direction of this paper are proposed.In the third part of this paper,the characteristics of the main target users of the driverless car were analyzed which combins with the diffusion of innovation,then the target user group of the survey are determined.After that,the user task analysis method,questionnaire survey method and user interview method and online surveys of target groups are conducted to research the target users.Based on results,the kano model is used to obtain the user’s demands.The information structure of the system is constructed combined with card classification and cluster analysis.Finally,combined with research results and information architecture,the HMIs of the pre-interaction process for the assistant system are designed.At the same time,the Principle software and the iPad tablet are used to complete the design of the touch-screen interaction.Spatial gesture interaction design is implemented combined with the Unity3D and the Leap Motion. |
