Investigation Report On The Present And Protection Of Traditional Villages In Pingwu County

The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and basis for the protection and development of the traditional village in Pingwu County.This report uses the literature review,field investigation and interview to collect the basic data of the traditional village in Pingwu County,and summarizes the current situation of the preservation of the traditional village in Pingwu County and the current situation of the protection and management.Finally,the author analyzes the case and puts forward the suggestions on the development of vil age protection.It is found that the present situation of traditional villages in Pingwu County is as follows: good natural resources,single industrial form caused by remoteness and high altitude,low economic benefit and inconvenient transportation,poor construction of human settlements;The existing traditional buildings are seriously damaged by nature,and the original street space is destroyed by the increase of new buildings,and the traditional style is gradually lost.The number of non-legacy buildings is large,the types are rich,the national characteristics are obvious,but the inheritance situation is worrying.The reasons for this situation are as follows: urbanization,urbanization leads to the increasingly serious "hollow village",the contradiction between the improvement of living conditions and the protection of traditional villages is prominent,and the traditional villages under excessive commercial development are weak.Management: government management is limited,protection is difficult,lack of funds,lack of professionals.On the basis of investigation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection and development of trad itional villages in Pingwu County: adhere to the principle of historical authenticity,the principle of style integrity,the principle of architectural sustainability,the principle of village vitality;Strengthen the construction of human settlements environment,optimize the industrial structure,strengthen supervision and management,improve the guarantee of talents at all levels,do a good job of planning and implementation,achieve people-oriented,living inheritance,protection-oriented,orderly development.Taking the ancestral village of Asia as an example,the present situation and protection of the traditional village are studied.it is found that the village has good natural resources and traffic conditions,and the tourism location is superior;The village site selection pattern is good,but it has been seriously damaged and lack of supporting public service facilities and infrastructure;The traditional architecture has the characteristics of Baima Tibetan,but the phenomenon of excessive commercialization and lack of unified planning and self-construction is serious,which destroys the traditional architectural style.Therefore,the ancestral village of the Asian people should do a good job in the planning and implementation of the traditional village: first,it should clearly protect the object of protection and delineate the protected area;then strengthen the protection of historical environmental elements,carry out the classified protection of architecture,and employ the owner of professional personnel.Carry out the project;in addition,inherit the non-legacy culture alive,actively apply for the training of non-legacy inheritors;finally,any construction project in the traditional village should be approved by the relevant departments and approved by the rural construction planning before it can be implemented.
