The particularity of China architectural design industry leads to its existence as a part of engineering service supply chain link in the construction supply chain mode.The service of the design industry is based on professional knowledge,but with the continuous development and maturity of the supply chain of the construction industry,the status and competitiveness of the design industry are declining,so how to improve their competitiveness is an urgent problem for the architectural design institute.The service supply chain integration provides a new way of thinking for the architectural design industry.However,the existing research on the impact of the service supply chain integration on enterprise performance is still inconsistent,so it is necessary to further explore the impact mechanism between the service supply chain integration and enterprise performance.Starting from the service supply chain integration and based on the theory of organizational learning and interface management,taking architectural design institute as the research object,this research discusses the characteristics and structure of its industry,analyzes the influence of service supply chain integration and the path of service supply chain influencing enterprise performance.A theoretical model of the relationship among service supply chain integration,technical level,interface management and architectural performance is constructed.Taking engineers of design enterprises as research objects,discuss the specific performance of service,the mediating role of technical level and the regulating role of interface management.The percentile Bootstrap method of deviation correction was used to test the mediating effect,and hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect.The results show that the service supply chain integration has a positive effect on architectural design performance;The technical level plays a role of partial intermediary between customer integration,internal integration and design performance,while the supplier integration plays a role of complete intermediary;Interface management plays a positive regulating role between internal integration and knowledge integration of technical level.Main contributions:(1)This research analyzes the model and performance impact of service supply chain integration in architectural design industry,the relationship between the integration of service supply chain and architectural design performance,as well as the mediating role of technical level,regulating effect of interface management,was tested by empirical research based on the data of design institutes in south China.(2)In this research,knowledge integration and knowledge accumulation,interface management are incorporated into the model of service supply chain integration,and try to explore its impact on the performance of the path and proportion.It is helpful to enrich and improve the integration theory of service supply chain,and the research conclusion is beneficial to the integration,management and improvement of enterprise performance of different links in the process of enterprise reform.
