Research On Risk Assessment Method Of Field Power Supply Operation

Safety in production is the lifeline of electric power enterprises.Power-grid security is matters vital to national well-being and the people's livelihood and the sign of coordinated and healthy development of electric power enterprises while the important guarantee of safety production is to do a good job of site risk control.At present,industrialization and urbanization is in the continuous propulsion process in China.The scale of rural power grid construction continues to expand.After observing the security situation of southern power grid in recent years,it can be seen that the safety production foundation of rural power supply enterprises is weak.There are still prominent problems in the safety of the field operation.Therefore,it is a very significant and realistic subject in the safety management of power supply enterprises to seek ways to improve the safety management level of field operations.At present,there are deficiencies in the management of enterprises in our country,including development of safety management system and flow path,implementation of the security management system and so on.Currently,the operational risk assessment system implemented by power grid companies is mainly based on the summary of past experience,failing to conduct a targeted risk identification assessment for a specific task.It is not able to identify risks in a very comprehensive way and control risk.The main research methods of this subject are literature research method,theoretical analysis method and field investigation method.Through the combined application of these methods,this paper studies problem of production safety management in electric power enterprises,collects cases of production safety accidents from power supply enterprises and analyzes shortcomings in the process of safety management and finds the relevant factors through taxonomic study of the specific causes of these accidents and problems.From the aspects of operator,environment and type,a set of simple and efficient risk assessment and management methods for field operations are designed,which complement the existing risk assessment methods of the company.Through the above research,it is to optimize the risk management system of field power supply operation,simultaneously,to comb the safety management system of power supply enterprises for standardizing the operation of field power supply operations to ensure the operation safety of power supply enterprises and reduce the occurrence of man-made accidents to the greatest extentand improve the safety management level of power supply enterprises.
