Since the reform and opening up,people's requirements for the beauty and function of high-rise buildings have been increasingly improved.In the past 20 years,a variety of landmark high-rise buildings have emerged one after another to meet people's needs in various aspects of urban life,among which the large cantilever structure is the most favored one.At present,there are some problems in the development of large cantilever structure.On the other hand,there is not enough experience in the construction scheme of large cantilever steel truss layer combined with the simulation analysis and monitoring analysis of the construction process.Based on the background of Hengqin Poly International Plaza in Zhuhai,this paper systematically studies the key construction technologies of high-rise large-cantilever steel truss structure:(1)The key construction technology of large cantilever steel structure truss layer is studied.According to the characteristics of the structure and the actual situation of the project,the key and difficult points are analyzed,the segmental method of the steel members and the layout principle of the construction plane are determined.(2)Research on construction simulation analysis method and construction monitoring of large cantilever steel structure.The finite element analysis software is used to establish the analysis model of large cantilevered steel truss floor,and according to the construction organization plan of large cantilevered steel truss floor,the accurate simulation analysis with time-varying factors is carried out,and the variation rule of structure stress and deformation in the whole construction process is obtained.On this basis,the actual construction process of the whole structure is simulated by taking time-varying factors into consideration.By comparing the construction monitoring data of the structure,the feasibility of the theoretical analysis method and the rationality of the actual structure construction are judged,and the construction safety of the structure is ensured.(3)The structural unloading of large cantilever steel truss layer was studied.This paper analyzes and monitors the unloading process of the temporary support of the high-rise cantilever transfer truss structure,and evaluates the unloading sensitivity of the high-rise cantilever structure,so as to analyze the feasibility of the unloading method and provide reference for the construction of similar structures...
