Today,super high-rise buildings have become business card of a city.With the steel truss transfer layer structure in super high-rise buildings applicated,the high-rise and comprehensive development of super high-rise buildings was accelerated.This kind of structure not only solves the contradiction between structural force and function,but also has the characteristics of light weight,high strength and good overall performance.This article uses the No.9 building of Jinwan Plaza as a background project to solve the construction difficulties brought about by the steel truss transfer conversion layer set up in the project,especially the steel truss transfer layer.Under the guidance of the TRIZ theory,the functional deficiencies in the construction using conventional construction programs were analyzed.According to the way of thinking to determine the final ideal solution,the steel truss transfer layer and suspension column construction plan was given.The application of innovative principles solves the physical contradiction of supporting the suspension column.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS6.10 was used to check the mechanical performance of the system.Finishing and extracting a set of converse construction methods in accordance with a steel truss conversion layer with a hanging layer.Secondly,the construction stage segment of the steel truss transfer layer was discussed by using the MIDAS/Gen construction stage analysis module,and the actual monitored values were compared with the calculated values.According to the construction characteristics of this project,the temporary support truss is selected.Through numerical simulation and actual monitoring of components,it is considered that this temporary support structure can meet the construction control requirements.Discusses the temporary support unloading scheme and the unloading safety technology measures.Finally,the mechanism of the steel truss transfer layer in the super high-rise was analyzed to compare the effect of the suspension layer on the steel truss transfer layer under static force.The causes of the vertical deformation difference in the structure are analyzed,and the interaction of the deformation difference is studied to obtain the relevant conclusions.
