With the rapid improvement of the global scientific and technological level,people from all walks of life are exploring how to combine advanced technology with the needs and characteristics to improve their efficiency and productivity.Education and training in maritime colleges is no exception.In the process of cultivating marine engineering professionals,the marine auxiliary machinery disassembly and assembly experiment is quite a necessary and important part,and it is an important evaluation and assessment item in the Engineers Certificate of Competency prescribed by the Maritime Safety Administration.Under the current situation that the number of students is large,the number of sets is limited,and learning time is limited,teaching quality is terribly affected.In recent years,with the rise of virtual simulation technology,some virtual simulation experiment projects and platforms aiming at college education have emerged.Although the simulation experiment using virtual reality technology can partly solve the time and equipment problems in the traditional marine auxiliary machinery teaching,this "pure virtual" teaching method is completely out of the real environment,it can not give students a real physical environment feeling.The perception does not meet the idea that combining virtuality and reality advocated by the Ministry of Education.To this end,this paper attempt to research and realize the virtual disassembly platform of the marine auxiliary machinery under the augmented reality environment based on HoloLens.This virtual and real simulation mode makes up for the shortcomings of the current marine auxiliary machinery simulation experiment,and improves the flexibility and convenience of the experimental equipment at the same time.The specific research content of this paper includes the following three aspects:(1)This paper researches the key technologies of augmented reality based on HoloLens.Including augmented reality system framework,enhanced display technology,tracking registration technology and human-computer interaction technology,compares and analyzes the application characteristics and advantages of each technology in detail,and get the solution of HoloLens augmented reality application.(2)This paper researches the Sailors certificate examination regulations and the intelligent assessment researched by the seniors,and making detailed research on the intelligent assessment method based on time and steps and the intelligent assessment method based on BP neural network.This paper proposes an intelligent evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,time and step method,and elaborates the implementation process of the intelligent evaluation algorithm.(3)This paper designs and realizes the virtual marine auxiliary machinery disassembly platform based on HoloLens,and analyzes the application characteristics and functional requirements of the marine auxiliary machinery virtual disassembly under augmented reality based on HoloLens.Sets up the framework of the marine auxiliary machinery virtual disassembly platform based on HoloLens,introduces the method of 3D modeling of marine auxiliary machinery,uses the process modeling method to divide the structure of the equipment model,describes the human-computer interaction development process of the system,researches and solves the problem of conflict resolution strategy of multiplayer collaboration system and consistent presentation of multiplayer collaborative system scene.Taking the oil separator as an example,this paper elaborates the realization of the intelligent evaluation algorithm for the marine auxiliary machinery virtual disassembly.The innovation of this paper is to apply the augmented reality technology based on HoloLens to the disassembly and evaluation of marine auxiliary machinery,to utilize HoloLens' enhanced display,human-computer interaction,multiplayer collaboration,which greatly solves the problems of current marine auxiliary machinery disassembly.This research lays a solid foundation for building a virtual simulation experiment platform based on augmented reality,and has certain driving effects on the future development of machinery manufacturing and other industries.
