The key of green design is evaluation. This paper put forward research and application on the new design pattern, while it analyzes the abuse of traditional design. Product was constructed as an estimate model to validate its greenness, rooting its relation with circumstances. The paper concludes the design principle of DFD, related to the modularization, material, coupling and separation. It establishes a network matrix to program the disassembly of product, original source from graphics and geometry. It builds a model to gather design information, using DFS to grabble the joint. The paper sets up a disassembly arboreal frame to split the structure. It researches the estimate of DFD at the character and economy, and also makes an analysis example on a representative product. |
